STRASSEN CIGL asbl; a partner in a GRUNDTVIG programme.

Origin

Grundtvig (named after Nikolai Frederik Severin Grundtvig) is a set of actions carried out by the European Commission in the field of education and training, under the wide-ranging Socrates programme.

Objective

The Grundtvig networks were set up to facilitate discussion and the exchange of information and “best practices” in the field of adult education, among European countries: These networks focus on key themes or specific projects, the results of which are intended to benefit a large number of people.

Description of project

European project OLD CHALLENGES, NEW PATHWAYS: SOCIAL ENTERPRISES FOSTERING IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION ON SOCIAL INCLUSION.
Partner Organisations: Fokus Praha (Czech Republic), EVT (Italy), SST (Belgium), STRASSEN CIGL asbl (Luxembourg) and A3S (Portugal).

Duration: September 2013 – July 2015.

Goal: To strengthen knowledge, skills and international cooperation among organizations that work in the field of social professional inclusion in different European countries, especially the social enterprises for labour inclusion.
